❖ St Rose will be a place where every visitor will be able to see our catholic

principles are at the center of everything we do.

-Treat others how you want to be treated

- Work hard and be disciplined

- Be forgiving of others (Nobody’s Pefect)..

- Be a good teammate

- Pray and talk to God often

- Attend Mass regularly

❖ All students, parents, teachers, support staff will be “enthusiastic” about

coming to school daily.

❖ All our kids will have something positive to share when asked "How was your day

at School" when they get home.

❖ No one will be afraid to try new things and be innovative.

❖ We will trust one another.

❖ All members will be " industrious" (enjoy working hard and planning).

❖ We will be driven by "intrinsic " motivation.

❖ When it is time to have fun, we will have fun. Be Joyful always!!

❖ All members of the community will be leaders in some way, large or small.

❖ We will ALL write down BIG goals and work hard to achieve those goals daily.

❖ We will be happy when others succeed.

❖ Every graduate of St Rose will have a leadership role of some kind their

freshman year of high school.

❖ Every student will learn to love reading and be reading at grade level by 8th

grade graduation.

❖ Our graduates will be masters in Coach Wooden's pyramid of success.
